Biography
Hueimei Liang is a associate professor in the department of Business Management. She teaches Management of Information Systems, Quantativative Methods, and Supply Chain Managements.
Her areas of expertise include operations research, quantitative methods, real options and business logistics and supply chain mangement.
She earned a Ph.D. in Operations Research, from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a MS in Mathematics from Illinois State University. Before joining Business School of NSYSU, she worked as a staff at the division of Architecheture and Telecommunication of IBM at Research Triangle Park, North Carolina, where she designed high speed networks. Later she joined the faculty of Mathematics Deparment at National Central University, Taiwan, where she taught courses related to probabilities.
